Data Deletion Instructions
At Willy's, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your data or disconnect your account from our services, please follow the methods outlined below.
Method 1: In-App Deletion
The simplest way to remove your active session data is directly within your account settings:
- Sign in to your Willy's account on the website or app.
- Go to Profile > Details and select Delete My Account.
- You will be asked for a final confirmation. Confirm to proceed.
- Willy's will immediately purge your active order history and personal preferences from our live database.
Method 2: Email Request
For a complete "Right to be Forgotten" request — which includes the removal of your phone number, delivery addresses, and transaction logs from our long-term backups — please contact us via email:

- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the full deletion across all systems within 30 days, as per GDPR and Egyptian PDPL regulations.
Method 3: Third-Party Account Settings
If you signed in with a third-party provider (such as Facebook or Google), you can also disconnect Willy's from your account:
- Open your provider's Settings & Privacy page.
- Navigate to Apps and Websites (or the equivalent section).
- Find Willy's in the list and click Remove.
- (Optional) Use your provider's data-removal tool to request that Willy's deletes any data received via the provider's automated callback.
What happens to my data?
Your name, phone number, and delivery addresses are removed from our active user database.
Please note that under Egyptian Commercial Law, we are legally required to retain transaction records (invoices) for a period of 5 years. This data will be archived and isolated from any further processing.
Operational data used for service improvement is "scrubbed" to remove all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and cannot be linked back to you once the deletion is complete.
