Under both the Egyptian PDPL and GDPR, you have the right to:

• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request the deletion of your data when no longer needed for a contract.
• Withdraw Consent: Opt-out of marketing at any time.

8. Data Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit) to protect your data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Center and relevant EU authorities within 72 hours.
